Every NextForm order is made when you place it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which means there's a production window before anything ships.

Production

2–5 business days from the time your order is placed. Larger orders and new releases can sit at the longer end of that window.

Transit

• United States — 3–7 business days after production.
• International — 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.

Total time from order to doorstep is production plus transit. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after it's issued.

Addresses

Check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters production we can't change the destination, and packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are reshipped at the customer's cost.

Duties and customs

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays

If your order passes the windows above with no tracking movement, send your order number through the contact form and we'll chase it down.
